Great success of the Meridian International School's team in Houston

The I-SWEEEP (International Sustainable World (Energy, Environment, and Engineering)) Project Olympiad ( http://www.isweeep.org ) was held in Houston ( Texas , USA ) on May 1-5, 2008. It is a competition organized for the secondary school students from all over the world. This year more than 800 participants from more than 50 countries and from 38 states of the USA competed in 3 categories: Energy, Environment and Engineering. The team representing Meridian International School competed in the senior category and was composed of: Aleksandra Wiraszka, Michal Staszewski, Marek Romanowicz and Julita Chelchowska. Our team was awarded the bronze medal in the Engineering category.
